
Paneer Tikka Roll
A spicy, smoky vegetarian wrap that’s packed with protein and perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
100g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
1 whole wheat roti or wrap
1/4 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup bell peppers (mixed colors)
1 tbsp thick curd (yogurt)
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Lemon juice + chopped coriander
Instructions:
Marinate the paneer in curd, spices, and ginger-garlic paste for 15–30 mins.
Sauté or grill paneer until golden. Add onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Warm the roti, layer the filling, and top with lemon juice and coriander.
Roll it up and enjoy hot!
