Paneer Tikka Roll

A spicy, smoky vegetarian wrap that’s packed with protein and perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 100g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed

  • 1 whole wheat roti or wrap

  • 1/4 cup sliced onions

  • 1/4 cup bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 1 tbsp thick curd (yogurt)

  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice + chopped coriander

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the paneer in curd, spices, and ginger-garlic paste for 15–30 mins.

  2. Sauté or grill paneer until golden. Add onions and bell peppers and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Warm the roti, layer the filling, and top with lemon juice and coriander.

  4. Roll it up and enjoy hot!
