
Chicken Fried Rice
A quick one-pan meal with balanced macros—perfect for post-workout recovery or meal prep.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
100g boneless chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup cooked brown rice (or white rice)
1 whole egg
1/4 cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas, capsicum)
1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tsp sesame or olive oil
Garlic and chili flakes to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan. Cook chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper until fully done.
Push chicken to the side, scramble the egg in the same pan.
Add veggies, sauté for 2 mins, then add rice and soy sauce. Stir well.
Cook for another 3–4 minutes on medium heat and serve hot.
